Founded in 1968, Topsider Homes were some of the very first prefabricated "kit" homes sold in America. These kits included nearly everything for the do-it-yourselfer or small contractor-built getaway.

Topsider Homes' unique post & beam building system uses no interior load-bearing walls, as large post & beam timbers carry the loads most other homes support with space-inhibiting interior walls. The result is a building system allowing clients unmatched flexibility of design, including floor-to-ceiling glass walls, detailed finishes and more.
